Sally Lightfoot Crab

Sally Lightfoot Crab (Grapsus grapsus).

These little guys were on all the islands of the Galapagos that we visited. They are not an endemic species - though I have seen some sites list it as such ... possibly an endemic subspecies?

Nonetheless, I never got tired of chasing them around trying to get a picture ... and they never got tired of running down cracks and nooks to get away from me.
